Quanzhou Emergency Expo | Mingming Robotics Demonstrates Its Strength in Emergency Rescue

2026-02-27

The highly anticipated 2026 Quanzhou Special Communications and Emergency Industry Expo recently opened in Quanzhou. As a technology-driven company specialising in the research, development and manufacturing of special-purpose robots, Mingming Robotics made a strong appearance with two of its core products: the ZC-380 Pro portable intelligent reconnaissance robot and the ZC-780 portable tracked all-terrain robot.

Through its core unmanned and intelligent technologies, Mingming Robotics presented efficient solutions for hazardous environments. With outstanding product performance and innovative design, the company became one of the highlights of the exhibition and received widespread recognition from industry professionals and guests.

Compact and Portable ZC-380 Pro: An Intelligent Reconnaissance Pioneer for Hazardous Environments

At the exhibition, the ZC-380 Pro attracted considerable attention with its compact, agile design and reliable performance. Purpose-built for reconnaissance missions in hazardous environments, it overcomes the limitations of conventional rescue, inspection and maintenance methods, using technology to create a protective barrier for frontline personnel.

For firefighting and rescue operations, the ZC-380 Pro can be flexibly equipped with a thermal imaging camera. In fire scenes filled with dense smoke and severely restricted visibility, the robot can enter the hazardous area instead of rescue personnel, see through the smoke, accurately locate fire sources and inspect potential risk areas.

By transmitting real-time information from the scene, the robot helps commanders develop more effective and informed firefighting plans. This significantly improves rescue efficiency while reducing casualties and property damage, truly enabling machines to take the lead in dangerous operations.

The ZC-380 Pro also delivers outstanding performance in underground utility tunnel inspection and maintenance. These enclosed and poorly lit environments may contain toxic, hazardous or flammable gases, posing serious risks to maintenance personnel.

Equipped with a gas detector, the robot can autonomously enter the inspection area, accurately identify different toxic and combustible gases, measure their concentrations and transmit the data in real time. This prevents personnel from being directly exposed to hazardous environments, reduces operational risks at the source and provides a safer, more efficient and intelligent solution for underground utility tunnel operation and maintenance.

All-Terrain ZC-780: A Versatile Platform for Outdoor Missions

Complementing the compact size and precision of the ZC-380 Pro, the ZC-780 portable tracked all-terrain robot demonstrates Mingming Robotics’ extensive expertise in complex operational environments through its exceptional mobility and versatile configurations.

Built on a tracked chassis with a longitudinal-arm independent suspension system, the ZC-780 offers outstanding terrain adaptability. It can easily traverse shrubs, sand, large rocks and other challenging outdoor terrain. The robot can climb slopes of up to 35 degrees, cross trenches up to 30 cm wide and overcome steps up to 18 cm high. Its 10 cm ground clearance helps prevent the chassis from scraping against obstacles, ensuring stable operation even in harsh environments.

As a versatile robot with a modular design, the ZC-780 combines a compact footprint with strong payload capacity. It can carry multiple top modules simultaneously, allowing it to adapt flexibly to different outdoor missions.

It can be equipped with a thermal imaging camera for outdoor search and rescue, rapidly detecting the heat signatures of trapped individuals. A 3D LiDAR module enables three-dimensional mapping and accurate reconstruction of the surrounding terrain. Gas detection modules and self-organising mesh communication radios can also be installed to support hazardous-gas detection and long-range communication relay. Across these applications, the ZC-780 significantly improves the efficiency and safety of outdoor operations.

The advantages of the ZC-780 are particularly evident in outdoor search-and-rescue missions. It can enter remote and complex areas that are difficult for personnel to access. Through the coordinated operation of multiple modules, it can quickly locate trapped individuals and transmit real-time information from the scene.

This provides rescue teams with accurate operational guidance, shortens search-and-rescue times, improves mission success rates and delivers powerful technological support for outdoor rescue operations.

More importantly, the ZC-780 can transmit multiple types of on-site intelligence—including thermal images, three-dimensional spatial maps, environmental gas concentration data and real-time location information—to the command system, where the data is intelligently integrated and presented through a unified interface.

Without entering the frontline environment, commanders can gain a clear and comprehensive understanding of the situation from the command centre. The locations of heat sources, the severity of environmental hazards and the distribution of spatial structures can all be viewed at a glance. This enables teams to see clearly, measure accurately, assess rapidly and command more efficiently, significantly improving decision-making speed and search-and-rescue success rates in complex environments.

Technology-Powered Solutions for a Safer Future

The exhibition not only introduced more industry professionals to Mingming Robotics’ technological breakthroughs and product advantages in unmanned rescue, but also created a valuable platform for communication and collaboration.

As a high-tech enterprise, Mingming Robotics remains committed to combining technological innovation with real-world operational requirements. The company continuously improves product performance and expands its range of application scenarios.

The two products showcased at the exhibition are clear examples of the company’s long-term commitment to unmanned solutions for hazardous environments, bringing Mingming Robotics’ corporate vision of Reducing Moments of Crisis to life.

Looking ahead, Mingming Robotics will remain market-driven and focused on the research and development of core intelligent robotics technologies. We will continue to introduce more competitive products and solutions while expanding our presence in public safety, emergency rescue, industrial operations and maintenance, and other key sectors.

By harnessing technology to protect lives and accelerate industry advancement, Mingming Robotics will work closely with partners across industries to build a safer, smarter and more efficient future.
